HSA’s industry reputation for practical approaches to complex issues is one of the key differentiating factors of our firm. We routinely provide forensic engineering, peer review and Litigation Support on suits involving complex environmental and engineering claims. Legal counsel call on HSA for technical consultation on matters relating to real property transfers, environmental impairment, contamination assessment and remedial actions, and structural settlement.

We maintain such a strong reputation for success that we have often represented large competitor engineering firms which solicited HSA to provide them litigation support. Our experience includes testifying during both jury and nonjury trials representing plaintiffs and defendants evenly. Our strengths as expert witnesses include credibility, ability to articulate, sincerity, correctness, common sense, experience, invulnerability and professionalism. First and foremost, we are your problem solvers.
