Through our commitment to being responsive to the needs of our clients, HSA has developed integrated solutions during times of natural disasters. Effective catastrophe response is the key to rapid, accurate site assessment following major events, be it an earthquake, tidal surge/flood, hurricane, tornado, hailstorm, fire/wildfire, or other incident. For over 20 years, HSA has been offering comprehensive claims for catastrophe response services to our insurance and private party clientele throughout the United States.
HSA has significant resources and infrastructure that are in close proximity to areas of critical need. Our catastrophe response group is a multidisciplinary, collaborative team of professionals drawn from HSA’s offices. We aid our insurance and private party clientele to proactively identify and prepare for the issues likely to arise in the event of a catastrophe, and assist in implementing planning measures in key operational areas to help preserve property and business interests. In addition, we serve as a response team to assist clients in managing the myriad of issues that confront them in the aftermath of a natural disaster or catastrophic event.
Our combined years of relevant experience in the fields of construction, structural forensics, fire investigation, indoor air quality, and environmental engineering, make HSA particularly well suited to provide the broad range of response services needed to deal with the aftermath of catastrophic events. As one of the largest providers of engineering forensic services to the insurance industry, HSA works with insurers of all sizes, serving as the “first responder.” We provide the response and recovery mechanism that helps insurers fulfill their mission of restoring people’s lives.
