HSA (dba Rare Earth Sciences, Inc.) provides services to our Government clients through our contracts with the GSA Federal Supply Service (FSS). The GSA Schedules Program helps meet procurement needs for eligible users, including all branches of federal and State and local government through applicable programs. GSA's streamlined ordering procedures have reduced the tedious, time-consuming government procurement process to a few simple steps.  Federal customers are able to place orders through flexible purchasing agreements in a procurement process that accommodates the continuation or addition of services. Our qualifications have been evaluated and our services and rates pre-approved by the GSA.

Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, and Geophysical Testing, Schedule 66

HSA's GSA Geotechnical and Thermal/FireTesting and Analysis Services Schedule Contract provides government agencies with a spectrum of geotechnical services including: construction material testing (concrete, roof, asphalt, etc.); geological material testing (soil, rock, etc.); geophysical testing; and geosynthetic testing. 

Environmental Services, Schedule 899

HSA's GSA Environmental Advisory Services Schedule Contract provides government agencies with a spectrum of environmental services including: environmental planning and documentation; environmental compliance; waste management; environmental/occupational training services; hazardous materials management; and remediation services.
