 HSA provides litigation support and expert-witness testimony in the fields of engineering, toxic tort and environmental science. We have assisted the legal and insurance communities serving as technical consultants and experts in support of litigation concerning construction, engineering failure (structural and/or geological), wind/wave damage, fire/vehicular forensics, indoor air quality, and a variety of other insurance-related concerns. We have also provided expertise and testimony associated with risk and the assessment and/or remediation of sites contaminated by chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, fuel oxygenates such as MTBE, perchlorate, insecticides, herbicides, heavy metals, explosives and dioxins.
